Position, move to the right; carry out the gland; announce the signal when the block 3 presses the travel switch K2; indicates that the gland is finished. The motor drives the pulleys 1 on both sides; the torque is transmitted through the spline shaft; The inner ring of the bearing rotates; the end is greased. The grease is adjustable at 0~3min; the grease spindle speed is 150r/min. After the grease is fixed; the cap cylinder piston 2 is retracted; when the block is pressed, the stroke switch K1 is announced. The reset cylinder piston 7 moves to the left under the effect of the pressure oil; the bearing after the gland is pushed back to the initial orientation under the effect of the reset cylinder, the reset cylinder piston retracts; the release stroke switch K3 announces the signal; the workpiece is unloaded; Go to the next cycle.
