Production and sales of world processing centers in recent years

Abstract The annual output of the world processing center has exceeded 90,000 units, and the output value accounts for nearly one-sixth of the world's machine tool output. The annual output of the world processing center has exceeded 90,000 units, and the output value accounts for nearly one-sixth of the world's machine tool output; China's processing center output ranks third in the world, and its output value ranks fifth in the world. In 2008, China consumed 29,000 processing centers, accounting for about one-third of world production. The consumption of Chinese processing centers is 23.3% of the world's output value.
The machining center is getting faster and faster with its high efficiency and high precision, and has become a representative product of CNC machine tools. There have been many articles on the development level and trend of the processing center and the gap between our products, and we will not repeat them here. As for the production and sales of processing centers and the world's total production and sales, the media rarely talk about it. At the same time, because the National Bureau of Statistics does not publish the production data of China's processing centers every year, the specific situation is not entirely clear. But when the rules are formulated, this data is indispensable. To this end, the author collects domestic and foreign data to sort out and give some views, as a reference for the reference.
I. Production and sales of processing centers in China 1. Rapid growth in output, output value and consumption Since the beginning of the 21st century, the production of processing centers in China has developed rapidly year by year. In 2001, the output was 479 units. By 2008, it reached 16,512 units, an increase of 33 times. The output value was from 250 million yuan to 8.189 billion yuan, an increase of 31.5 times. The consumption has increased by 9.7 times from 2,563 units/year to 27,350 units/year, and the annual consumption has increased by 8.7 times from US$320 million to US$3.103 billion (see Table 1, Table 2, and Table 3).

For the convenience of calculation, the output value is converted into US dollars according to the current exchange rate.

In recent years, China's processing center production and sales data sources: import and export based on customs data, production data using the China Machine Tool Industry Association compiled "China Machine Tools Yearbook" data.
2. The average unit price has shown a downward trend. In recent years, especially since 2005, the market competition has been fierce, and the average unit price of the processing center has dropped rapidly, from 705,500 yuan per unit in 2005 to 495,500 yuan per unit in 2008. (See Table 1).
3. The product composition is dominated by vertical machining centers. The output accounted for 81.2% in 2007 and 77% in 2008. The output value decreased from 50.9% to 42.9%. The average unit price of vertical machining centers decreased from 421,000 yuan per unit in 2007 to 276,000 yuan per unit in 2008, a drop of 34%. In recent years, with the increase in demand for heavy-duty machine tools, the Longmen Machining Center has developed rapidly. In 2008, the output value of Longmen Machining Center accounted for 29.3%, which was 8.6 percentage points higher than that of 2007. (See Table 4 and Table 5).

4. The market share of domestic processing centers continues to rise. In 2001, the domestic market share of domestic processing centers was 8.4%. In 2008, it rose to 32.7%, which is very fast, but it has not yet got rid of the situation that high-end processing centers mainly rely on imports (see Table 5). .
5. The machining center has become the second largest category of CNC machine tools in China, which is second only to CNC lathes. In 2008, the output value of machining centers accounted for 25.3% of CNC machine tools (30% of CNC lathes). About 8% of the machine tool production value of the year.
Second, the production and sales of the world processing center (refer to Table 6)

The definition of numerical control output rate is understood according to international understanding:
CNC cutting machine numerical control output rate = CNC gold cutting machine output value / gold cutting machine tool output value X100%
Data source: According to the special information of China Machine Tool & Tool Industry Association “World Machine Tool Production, Trade and Consumption from 2008 to 2009” and the “2008-2009 Manufacturing Technology Industry Economic Handbook” issued by American AMT.
From the data of various countries, the numerical control output rate of Jinqie machine tool is higher than the numerical control output rate of forming machine tool. The numerical control output rate of several machine tools for producing strong country gold cutting machine tools is higher than 75%. Although India is not a machine tool producing country, it has developed rapidly in recent years, and its CNC cutting machine numerical control rate has exceeded 60%. According to the "China Machine Tool Yearbook" data, according to the above definition, China's 2008 CNC cutting machine numerical control output rate was 58.48%.
Some of the data from 2005 to 2008 are mainly from the “Economic Handbook” of American AMT and the “Special Information” of China Machine Tool Industry Association. It can be seen from Table 6 to Table 15:
1. The output value of the world processing center has accounted for nearly 1/6 of the output value of the machine tool that year.
The output has reached 65,000 units in 2005 and reached an annual output of 90,000 units in 2008. The output value increased from about 7.8 billion U.S. dollars in 2005 to 13.316 billion U.S. dollars in 2008, accounting for 15.64% of the world's machine tool output.
2. China's processing center consumption has ranked first in the world since 2005. The output of processing centers in 2005 is still the sixth in the world, and in 2008 it is the third in the world (the first in Taiwan, the second in Japan). In 2008, China's mainland processing center ranked fifth in the world, behind Japan, Germany, Taiwan and South Korea. The output value of the above four processing centers has exceeded the proportion of lathe output value, ranking first in machine tool production value. In 2007, the output value of Japanese processing centers accounted for 26.9% of machine tool output, Germany accounted for 19.1%, and Korea accounted for 21.3%. It is expected that with the rapid development of CNC machine tool production in China, the proportion of machining centers in machine tool production will continue to grow. In 2008, China consumed nearly one-third of the world's processing center output, accounting for 23.3% of the world's processing center output. From the average unit price of the processing center, Europe (Germany, Italy, Spain) is higher, followed by Japan. China's processing centers have the lowest average unit price, slightly lower than China's Taiwan, but very close. This shows that the price competitiveness of the processing centers produced in China is not enough.
3. The output and output value of the world processing center are incomplete, lacking data from Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Britain, France, etc. Therefore, the actual output and output value should be greater than the data in this paper. The above-mentioned national processing centers produce relatively small quantities. This table covers the top five regional data produced by the World Processing Center.

Fulvic Acid is a kind of natural mineral active potassium fertilizer which regards small molecule fulvic acid as carrier. The small molecule Humic Acid is able to dissolve silicates containning potassium and potassium feldspar which could improve rapidly available potassium content in the soil. Its use ratio is 80% higher than common potassium fertilizer. It's appicable to any crop.It could increase crop yield, quality, nutrient content and taste obviously with a combination of the special functions of fulvic acid.It also make crop have the feature of long storage period.
