System Overview
The small automatic batch weighing system is a high-tech product jointly developed by our company and Shandong University of Science and Technology. It is mainly used for the automatic batch weighing of small materials in rubber products, plastics, friction materials, Powder Metallurgy and other industries. The system adopts high-precision spiral feeding. The instrument and the intelligent variable frequency speed control realize the integration of the control and control of the automatic batching weighing process to ensure the stability and high efficiency of the system.
The system mainly includes all-steel structure frame, storage silo, broken arch device, screw feeder, automatic metering trolley, control cabinet and upper industrial computer. It is suitable for automatic weighing of powder, granule and flake raw materials. Its main features are high weighing precision, compact structure, reliable performance and simple operation.

System composition
1. Mechanical body. It mainly includes work platform, storage tank, feeder, broken arch device, gas control valve and automatic metering device. The bucket data standard is configured with 8, 12, and 16 stations, and can be expanded or reduced according to customer requirements.
2. Control system. It mainly includes control unit such as control cabinet, industrial PLC and inverter.
3. Host computer system. Including the console, industrial computer, software system, communication module.
