1. Maintenance of the sand blasting machine, regularly discharge the water in the filter and the compressor to ensure the normal operation of the sand blasting machine. Sand blasting machine water spray maintenance operation technology:
(a) New sand is often added, and the new sand must be dried before it is added.
(b) Parts over 10 tons in weight cannot be placed in the blasting machine (overweight, parts that are too long cannot be sprayed).
(c) Thoroughly clean the sand pit and sand storage chamber every quarter.
(d) When blowing sand, always open the exhaust fan and open the spray water.
(e) The sand blasting machine cannot be used indiscriminately without the consent of the class.
(f) The sand blasting machine has a person responsible for maintenance.
(g) Keep the equipment clean.
(h) The air pressure during sand blasting shall not exceed 0.5 MPa. When blasting, the water in the pipe shall be drained first and then sandblasted.
(i) After blasting, pay attention to turning off the motor, turn off the compressed air, and turn off the light.
(j) If the mechanical part fails, it should be stopped and the maintenance personnel should continue to use it after repairing.
Other failure analysis of sand blasting machine:
1. When the sand blasting machine is unable to spray sand, the pressure must be >0.7MPa. The pressure is not enough, the impact force is reduced when sandblasting, and the desired sandblasting effect cannot be achieved. The size of the nozzle of the sand blasting machine is inversely proportional to the blasting pressure. The domestic blasting machine nozzle has a length of 3.5 mm and the service life is only 300 h. When the nozzle is worn by >4.5 mm, the blasting is weak. The blasting machine requires the diamond grain size of 60-80 mesh, the particle size is too fine, and the blasting efficiency of the sand blasting machine is reduced.
2. The sandblasting machine nozzle does not produce sand. When there is foreign matter in the nozzle, the nozzle does not sand. The corundum used in the sand blasting machine shall be screened and cleaned at regular intervals to remove impurities and prevent sand particles from being polluted. The dust in the sand hopper is too much, and the knot is formed at the bottom, which causes the sand absorbing tube to suck out the sand.
