Second, the elevator intelligent control design concept According to the user's initial requirements for elevator intelligent control management, based on the principle of convenient use, comprehensive functions, safety and reliability, and strict management, design a computer intelligent system suitable for high-end apartments. Each user will hold a proximity card, such as a credit card size, and operate the elevator in accordance with the authorization obtained. The central management computer records all system events, configures the relevant management software to perform record query according to management requirements and automatically generate various reports.
The installation of an inductive card reader, a card reading module and a function expansion module in the elevator car constitutes an elevator control unit. After the cardholder reads the card in the elevator, the system allows the cardholder to reach the authorized access floor according to the prior setting. If the cardholder operates an unauthorised floor button, the elevator will not react. Non-cardholders cannot operate the elevator.
The control of the elevator can be set to achieve different management according to different time periods. For example, during a certain period of time, the operation of a certain floor elevator can be left uncontrolled, or the general cardholder can be authorized to enter more floors; in a certain period of time, only the cardholder is allowed to enter the designated floor according to the authorization.
The control of the elevator can also be controlled in conjunction with other subsystems. In the case of an emergency (such as a fire alarm), the system removes the control of the elevator; on important floors, the elevator and a door are set to the "Interlock" state. In the elevator, emergency alarm devices can also be installed. In case of passive holding, unexpected events, etc., the emergency button is used to realize the police.
If there are visitors, we can design the following two types:
A. Temporary cards for entering and leaving the floors are set up at the security department. The guests visit, through the video intercom, and the identity of the visitors is confirmed by the residents. The security card is issued by the security guard and the elevator is sent in and out.
B. Connect the video intercom system to the main control system of the elevator, install a button at the household, visit the guest, and use the video intercom to confirm the identity of the visitor and press the button to enter the tenant floor.
