Self-cleaning structure of the sealing surface: When the ball is tilted away from the valve seat, the fluid in the pipeline passes through the spherical sealing surface and passes through 360° uniformly, which not only eliminates the high-speed fluid to partially wash the valve seat, but also washes away the sealing surface. The accumulation of material reaches the purpose of self-cleaning.
Before the ball valve is fixed, the valve seat can be sealed, that is, the so-called two-way sealing characteristic. With the self-contained discharge valve, the cavity of the valve body can be discharged to the outside. The pivot adopts a blow-proof protection structure, a bearing with a low friction coefficient, and the like.
