The outdoor aluminum-plastic composite board is O. 5mm aluminum plate (generally pure aluminum plate), the middle interlayer is PE (polyethylene) or PVC (polyvinyl chloride), the interlayer thickness is 3-5mm. There are individual manufacturers who are not responsible. It is wrong to think that the inner aluminum plate of the aluminum-plastic composite board is placed indoors, and the thickness is not big. The thickness of the inner surface aluminum plate is deliberately reduced to 0.42 or 0.3mm, and even more. What's more, these people only look at the practical point of view, and they do not realize that the rigidity and strength of the entire aluminum-plastic composite panel are significantly reduced after the inner surface aluminum plate is thinned, which is not allowed. Some aluminum-plastic composite panels are less than 0.5mm, about 0.45mm, which is a product that cut corners.
Third, the characteristics of aluminum-plastic composite panels
The board surface is flat, the color is uniform, the color difference is small (directional), the body is light, and it has certain rigidity and strength. Because the surface of the board is made of fluorocarbon paint, it can resist acid and alkali corrosion, powder resistance and ultraviolet radiation resistance. The advantages of discoloration, etc., but unlike some manuals, "easy to process, there are simple woodworking tools that can be processed on site", this is not realistic. Generally, the aluminum-plastic panel can't be fireproof. When the surface encounters high temperature, the aluminum plate will bubble. If the 0.5mm aluminum plate encounters fire, it will melt easily. The middle interlayer PE and PVC will burn, emitting harmful gas and suffocating. Danger. Aluminum-plastic composite panels are widely used in various aspects due to their excellent characteristics. For example: renovation of old buildings in the curtain wall of the building (low-rise), decoration of a large number of street shops, interior decoration, interior pillars, partitions of indoor office rooms, furniture, interior decoration of vehicles, etc. In order to reduce the light pollution of the large-area hidden frame glass curtain wall, the composite panel strip curtain wall is used in the opaque portion of the low-rise curtain wall to reduce the large-area mirror effect of the hidden frame glass curtain wall.
Why can't aluminum-plastic composite panels be used in high-rise buildings? The main reasons are: 1. Considering the strength production structure, the bending edge of the composite panel is only 0.5mm aluminum plate strength; The high quality aluminum-plastic composite board has a service life of 10-20 years, which is difficult to replace at the upper level; More importantly, the plastic is sandwiched between the two layers of aluminum, and the plastic is a poor electrical conductor and is not lightning-proof.
