Introduction

Pulverized coal boilers, oil-fired boilers, gas-fired boilers, etc. are room-fired and are suitable for powdered solid fuels, liquid fuels and gaseous fuels. The bubbling fluidized bed and the circulating fluidized bed are in a boiling combustion mode and are suitable for burning particulate solid fuel. The coal shovel chain grate, which has both layer and chamber combustion, is a mixed combustion method.

Equipment overview

1. Fixed grate: one of the oldest and simple structure of layer-fired combustion equipment. It is made of cast iron with two single-layer grate and double-layer grate A single-layer grate. It has plate and strip B double layer. The grate has two upper and lower grate, the upper grate is a fixed grate composed of a water cooling pipe, and the lower grate is a fixed grate of ordinary cast iron. The space above the upper grate is a wind chamber, the ash pit below the lower grate, and the combustion chamber between the two grate.

2, chain grate: a relatively complete structure of the combustion equipment. Due to the high degree of mechanization (both coal, slag, ash removal, etc.), the manufacturing process is mature, the operation is stable and reliable, and the manual ignition can make the fuel burn more fully and the combustion rate is higher. It is suitable for large and medium. Small industrial boilers. The domestic chain grate can be divided into chain belt type, beam type and scale type chain grate according to the structure. The A-chain belt chain grate is a lightweight structure suitable for steam boilers with a rated evaporation of less than 10t/Hd or a corresponding capacity combustion boiler. The B-beam chain grate is made of a rigid beam as a bracket, and the grate piece is embedded in the groove of the bracket beam. When the sprocket on the drive shaft drives the chain to rotate, the beam and the litter on the grate move accordingly. The C scale chain grate is suitable for steam boilers with a rated evaporation of more than 10 t/Hd or a corresponding capacity of the combustion boiler.

3. Reciprocating grate: A kind of combustion equipment that uses the reciprocating motion of the grate to realize the mechanization of coal, slag removal and ignition. The reciprocating grate grate can be divided into inclined reciprocating grate and horizontal reciprocating grate A. The inclined reciprocating grate is inclined step type, and the grate is composed of movable grate pieces and fixed grate pieces arranged in phase. The B horizontal reciprocating grate is composed of a fixed grate piece and a movable grate piece, and the grate pieces are overlapped with each other.

4. Vibrating grate: an eccentric mass exciter, beam, grate piece, tie rod, spring plate, rear sealing device, vibration exciter motor, anchor screw, damping rubber pad, lower frame, front sealing device. It consists of measuring beams, fixed fulcrums and other components. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, light weight, less metal consumption, low equipment investment, good combustion condition, high grate area load and strong adaptability of coal type in industrial boilers.

5. Coal shovel: According to the method of throwing coal, the slinger can be divided into three types: wind slinger, mechanical slinger and mechanical-wind slinger. The mechanical pulverizer combines the functions of a mechanical slinger and a wind slinger. It consists of two main components: a coal feeder and a coal blaster.

6. Boiling combustion fluidized bed: a gas-solid two-phase bed between a fixed bed and a suspended bed. The fluidized bed is divided into a bubbling bed, a turbulent bed and a fast bed according to different fluidization speeds. The A bubbling fluidized bed structure is composed of a coal feeding device, an air distributing device, a wind chamber, a ash overflow port, a boiling layer, a suspension section and the like. The characteristics are suitable for the coal type, can strengthen the heat transfer, save the steel, and facilitate the comprehensive utilization of the ash. The environmental pollution is lighter than the pulverized coal furnace, and the boiler body has a simple structure. B circulating fluidized bed is a new generation of high efficiency, low pollution clean coal combustion technology. The utility model is characterized in that the fuel and the desulfurizing agent are subjected to multiple cycles in a fluidized bed state, and the low-temperature combustion and the desulfurization reaction are repeatedly performed. The main difference between the C circulating fluidized bed and the bubbling fluidized bed combustion process is that the fluidization velocity in the circulating fluidized bed boiling layer is generally 3-10 m/s up to 10 m/s, and the bubbling flow The fluidization speed of the chemical bed boiler is 1 to 3 m/s.

7. Combustion equipment of pulverized coal boiler: The coal is first burned through the coal grinding equipment and then injected into the furnace. The whole combustion process is carried out in a suspended state in the furnace. This type of boiler is called a pulverized coal furnace. Its characteristics can improve the mixing with air, speed up the ignition box and combustion, and the coal has wide applicability and is suitable for large and medium-sized boilers. The combustion equipment of the pulverized coal boiler has a pulverized coal equipment, a pulverizing system and a pulverized coal burner.

8. Fuel burner: It consists of a fuel injector and a regulator; it is a kind of combustion equipment that atomizes the fuel oil and sends it into the furnace after the air is strongly mixed, so that the oil and gas mixture is suspended in the furnace. The fuel burner is the key equipment of the oil-fired boiler. According to the type of fuel used, it can be divided into a light oil burner and a heavy oil burner. The viscosity of the heavy oil is large, and a preheater is generally arranged in the heavy oil burner. Most industrial oil-fired boilers are equipped with light oil burners.

9. Gas burner: It is the most important combustion equipment for gas boilers. Gas burners have diffusion burners, atmospheric burners and fully premixed burners.
