How to maintain the dryer?

First, daily maintenance

1. Wipe the device with a soft cotton cloth to keep it clean.

3. Clean the fluff in the dust box to ensure good ventilation and make the equipment play the best drying effect.

Second, monthly maintenance

1. Open the rear cover and clean the inside of the device with a soft cotton cloth.

2. Fill the moving parts such as bearings with lubricating oil to reduce friction.

3. Check the belt tension and adjust the pulley.

4. Sturdy parts that are easy to cause looseness and fall off after vibration, including electric lines, rocker arms of doors, pipe joints, etc.

Third, annual maintenance

1. Check if the fixing bolts of the base are loose and strong.

2. Check the tightness of the support spring connection and adjust it at the time.

3. Check the grounding of the equipment and ensure it is reliable.

4. Check the flexibility of the control of the computer board, the wind wheel and the heat exchanger.

5. Send the meter on the equipment to the local technical supervision bureau for measurement.
