The reporter learned from several companies and local people that according to this plan, Jiaxing Photovoltaic Industrial Park will grant a subsidy of 2.8 yuan per degree for a personal distributed photovoltaic power generation project built in a 14.2 square kilometer park. The subsidy period is for a period of three years. , a drop of 5 cents a year, that is, the power subsidies for 2013-2015 were 2.8 yuan, 2.75 yuan, and 2.7 yuan respectively.

Behind Jiaxing's high subsidies for individual distributed photovoltaic power plants, several companies revealed that the subsidy programs in various provinces are brewing or have been released. The subsidy is a subsidy of 0.25-0.3 yuan/degree on the basis of state subsidies. In 20 years, the state subsidy level may eventually be set at 0.45 yuan/degree, and the time limit is also set at 20 years.
