Detection method: first detect the cylindrical photoelectric switch and whether it is on; when the signal output, the L2 or L4 indicator on the main board will become bright, otherwise the main board is damaged; check whether the main board parameter setting P08 is set to have memory;

Detection method: Detect PX terminal PC, PD output voltage (AC18V), detect F2 (3A) fuse is blown; if normal, detect DX terminal MA, MB whether there is a voltage output (DC24V), if the output , Check whether the motor connection line off; if the motor is damaged;

Third, after the power swing arm swing back and forth or after the opening without limit 1) determine whether the limit photoelectric switch is exposed to strong light (usually refers to the outdoor installation and commissioning):

Detection method: Put on the cover of the chassis; if necessary, open the chassis or movement cover, please use dark opaque objects to cover the limit photoelectric switch for debugging!!



2) Test limit photoelectric switch:

A, check the zero, left open, right limit in place photoelectric switch power supply! Check 4PIN thread loose or poor contact;

B. After entering the debugging menu P00, turn the brake shaft to drive the light block to block the optocoupler of the limit optoelectronic switch with left open position, zero position and right open position in order. When the optocoupler is disconnected, the indicator light is bright and the output voltage is + 12V, otherwise the limit photoelectric switch is damaged;

3) Check whether the connection between the limit photoelectric switch and the main board is reliable;

4) If the limit photoelectric switch and connection are normal, the motherboard is damaged.

4. After the power is turned off, the gate does not move. 1) Detect the voltage of the dry battery (not less than DC9V);

2) Check if the circuit is loose or unwelded. Check the voltage output (DC12V) of the MA and MB terminals of the CON1 terminal of the power board. Otherwise, the power-off control board is damaged.

5. After the power is turned off, the swing arm is set to be in an infinite position and the swing arm is reversed after power-on. 1) The voltage of the dry battery is detected (not less than DC9V);

2) Detect left and right open limit photoelectric switches and mainboards respectively.

3) Check if the circuit is loose or disconnected, and check the voltage output (DC12V) of MA and MB of the CON1 terminal of the power-down control board, otherwise the power-down control board will be damaged;

4) The movement clearance is too large, which causes the swing arm to move so that the light block moves. After the power is turned on, the limit signal is not detected and the motor is reversed. Use a dark opaque object to block the optocoupler on a lower limit photoelectric switch to normal
