The failure of a precision filter is often caused by the conductivity of the adhesion layer being too large or too small. Common operating period failures are generally caused by factors such as the adhesion layer on the inner wall of the flow sensor, lightning strikes, and changes in environmental conditions. It will interfere with the normal operation of the instrument. During the debugging period, due to the good environmental conditions, there is no interference source, the flowmeter works normally, and the electrode material and the measured medium are improperly selected, which makes the instrument damaged.

The adhesive layer on the inner wall of the sensor is commonly used to measure the dirty fluid due to the electromagnetic flow. After the precision filter is operated for a period of time, the meter cannot work normally. Therefore, when the electromagnetic flow of the low-frequency square wave excitation measures the solid content of the slurry, the slurry noise will also occur. During the operation, a new interference source such as electric welding is performed on the pipeline near the flowmeter. When measuring the mixed medium, it should be based on the meter or The manual material is correctly selected for the manual. Often, an adhesive layer accumulates on the inner wall of the sensor to cause a malfunction.

It is mainly introduced through the power line or the excitation coil or the flow signal line between the sensor and the converter, especially from the control room power line. If the attachment is an insulating layer, the electrode circuit will be broken, and the meter will not work normally; if the conductivity of the adhesion layer is significantly higher than the fluid conductivity, the electrode circuit will be short-circuited, a large transformer will be installed nearby, and the operation period will be faulty. It is a fault that occurs after the electromagnetic flowmeter has been debugged and operated normally for a period of time. At this time, it is often easy to neglect the installation conditions.
