Points to pay attention to when mixing pesticides

The use of pesticides is almost indispensable in the agricultural planting process. In the process of using pesticides, some people use pesticides in combination for their pursuit of effects. Of course, mixing pesticides is not impossible, but some rules need to be followed. I would like to introduce some points that need attention in the process of mixing pesticides.

Most pesticides are complex organic compounds. Even if they are acidic or alkaline pesticides, some chemical groups will react after mixing to form other unknown compounds. The use on crops is not safe and effective. Nicosulfuron, such as sulfonylureas, should not be mixed with organophosphorus pesticides.

If the pesticide of the inorganic compound is likely to be combined, the phytotoxicity may not be mixed. Such as stone sulfur mixture and Bordeaux mixture, it is not suitable for mixed use.

Commercially available pesticides are generally processed into various dosage forms, and the main components of pesticides can be mixed. If there are different dosage forms, there are also problems, such as emulsifiable products and calcium-containing wettable powders containing calcium pesticides or fillers. After mixing, the emulsification effect may be deteriorated, and even a large amount of coagulation and precipitation may occur, which seriously affects the effect of the drug.

There are also some biological agents of insecticides , such as Beauveria bassiana, Penicillium, and Acariciid, which cannot be mixed with fungicides. The insecticide of the nuclear polyhedrosis virus preparation cannot be mixed with the antiviral agent.

Therefore, the mixed use of pesticides needs to be judged according to the variety and type to determine whether they can be mixed. Reasonable mixing can sometimes lead to synergistic effects of pesticides and better results than both. For example, organophosphorus chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate and pyrethroid-based beta-cypermethrin emulsifiable concentrate can exhibit synergistic effects, and the use of the two pesticides alone is much improved.

Polyethylene, which has a molecular weight of 3 million to 6 million, is known as UHMWPE.

5. Textile industry:buffer board;
6. Food processing industry: chopping block, refrigerating plant;

7. Wharf: anti-collision board.


Advantages: 
1. Acid and alkali resistance, resistance to organic solvents

 Disadvantages:
 PE Plastic Rod have Weak mechanical property, air permeability, easy deformation, easy ageing, brittle, brittle less than PP, easy stress cracking, surface hardness, easy to scratch.
Difficult to print, in printing, surface discharge treatment, cannot electroplating, the surface has no luster.
       
       
Specification: the diameter of the PE rod can be produced from 2mm to 250mm. The conventional length is 1000mm, and the length is unlimited.
The thickness of PE Rod material can be produced from 0.3mm to 1.9mm, the normal width is 600mm, the width cannot exceed 1200mm, the length is not limited.
The thickness of plate can be produced from 2mm to 180mm, the usual specification of 2-10mm is 1000mm* 2000mm, and the commonly used specification of10-180mm is 600*1200mm.PE Rod can also be customized according to requirements, and the width cannot exceed 1200mm, and the length is not limited
 

Color: natural color is wax white, also can be customized black and color, the order of the color to order is 500KG.


Modified varieties: PE sheet/rod can be added to the fiberglass, copper powder and molybdenum disulphide to enhance the bar.
Add antistatic agent to the permanent antistatic electric bar, and the volume resistance value is between 6 to 9 power of 10.Add flame retardant to the flame retardant rod from UL 94V-0 to HB flame retardant grade, and other modification requirements are required to customize various additional properties according to the actual use of the customer.
