Desulfurization circulation pump cavitation

Due to the characteristics of the WFGD project, it is decided to transport the slurry at a higher temperature, with bubbles and with a large amount of solid particles. Therefore, due to the evaporation of the slurry and the concurrent collapse of the bubble, it causes special vibrations and pressure fluctuations of gas condensation and evacuation, which will affect the safe operation of the pump. The following two aspects need to be taken into account: 1. The blockage of the gas to the runner will cause a decrease in pump flow, lift and efficiency. 2.
