In November, the Guangdong Quality Supervision Bureau randomly sampled 66 batches of sanitary ware products produced by 57 enterprises across the province, and tested five batches of unqualified products. The rate of discovery of unqualified products was 7.6%. It involved 23 items such as washbasins and countertops, wooden parts, metal brackets and accessories, and glass doors for bathroom furniture.

On November 28th, the Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau supervised and inspected 150 batches of ceramic sealing faucet products (commonly known as faucets) produced by 117 companies. 51 batches of unqualified products were tested, and the rate of discovery of unqualified products was 34%. As well as 80 batches of sanitary ware products produced by 52 companies, 11 batches failed to pass the inspection, and the unqualified rate reached 13.75%.
