Energy-saving aluminum alloy window key quality indicators and purchase points

【China Aluminum Network】 Aluminum doors and windows made of aluminum extrusions are called aluminum alloy doors and windows. Aluminum alloy doors and windows have become one of the major building doors and windows products in China due to their light weight, high strength, good performance, strong decoration, economical durability, color diversification, no pollution, and recycling, which are widely used in high-grade public buildings. General residential and industrial plants. Aluminum alloy windows can be divided into ordinary aluminum alloy windows and energy-saving aluminum alloy windows. Energy-saving aluminum alloy windows are made of heat-insulating aluminum alloy profiles and energy-saving glass (insulating glass, LOW-E glass, heat-absorbing glass, coated glass, vacuum glass, etc.).

Key indicators

1. Profile wall thickness. According to the national standard GB/T8478-2008 "aluminum alloy doors and windows" requirements, the main section of the main bearing section of the substrate is smaller than the measured actual wall thickness should not be less than 1.4mm. At present, the aluminum alloy profiles for doors and windows produced on the market are mainly used for the production of aluminum alloy profiles. The measured substrate thickness is less than 1.4 mm. If the wall thickness is too small, it will directly affect the service life of the window and wind pressure resistance performance.

2. Airtight performance. The airtight performance index of the energy-saving aluminum alloy window is: per unit air length q1 ≤ 1.5 (m3/(m·h)); air per unit area q2 ≤ 4.5 (m3/(m2·h)). Due to the poor quality of the selected sealing strips and the impact of the production level, the airtight properties of many aluminum alloy windows do not meet the requirements of energy-saving windows.

3. Heat transfer coefficient (insulation performance). The heat transfer coefficient is one of the energy-saving indexes for direct evaluation of aluminum alloy windows. The standard requirement is K≤3.0W/(m2·K).

4. Glass properties (visible light transmittance, shading coefficient, dew point). It is also one of the energy-saving indexes for evaluating aluminum alloy windows. According to the requirements of current energy-saving windows, the shading coefficient is ≤ 0.55, the visible light transmittance is ≥ 0.4, and the dew point is ≤ -40°C.

Purchase tips

1. Look at the production quality. The decorative surface of doors and windows should not have obvious damage. It means that the protective film on the surface of windows and doors should not have scratches and scratches. The coloring of adjacent members on doors and windows should not have a significant color difference. There should be no aluminum chips, burrs, oil spots or other stains on the surface of doors and windows, and there should be no spilled adhesive at the assembly joints.

2. Look at the material. Whether it is a broken bridge thermal insulation aluminum profile, the main profile wall thickness should be greater than 1.4mm; the same aluminum alloy profile color should be consistent, such as obvious color difference, that is not suitable to buy; check the surface of aluminum alloy profile, there should be no depression or bulging; aluminum Alloy doors and windows to avoid the purchase of surface bubbles (white spots) and ash (black spots), as well as cracks, burrs, peeling and other obvious defects of the profile; oxide film thickness should reach 10 microns, optional surface light on the profile Scratch it to see if the oxide film on the surface can be wiped off.

3. Look at the assembly quality. Repeatedly switch several times to check whether the switching force is too heavy; whether the sealing strip is firm; whether the hardware assembly is complete; whether the sash window frame overlap quantity meets the requirements (the standard requirement is that the leveling window is not less than 6mm, and the sliding window is not more than 8mm).

4. Look at the glass. Whether it is hollow glass, there is no coating.

Wood Activated Carbon is a black powder, granular or pellet or amorphous with porous carbon. The main component is carbon, which also contains small amounts of oxygen, hydrogen, sulfur, nitrogen, and chlorine. It is mainly made of wood, fruit shells, coal and other high-temperature activation. Carbon is the most stable element in nature. Activated Carbon also has this feature. Activated carbon pore structure is advanced, with a large surface area (500 ~ 1000 m2/g), even higher, has a strong physical adsorption properties, can adsorb gas, liquid or colloidal solids; for gases, liquids, adsorbed substances The quality can be close to the quality of the activated carbon itself. Its adsorption is selective, non-polar substances are more easily adsorbed than polar substances. In the same series of substances, substances with higher boiling points are more easily adsorbed, and the pressure is higher, the temperature is lower, the concentration is greater, and the amount of adsorption is greater. Conversely, decompression and warming are favorable for desorption of gases.
