According to the new law, consumers are entitled to compensation according to law if they are injured by personal or property damages in purchasing or using goods or receiving services. In other words, the party providing the service has the responsibility to ensure the personal safety of the consumer.
Dai Ning reminded that when an accident occurs in a hotel outside the hotel, attention should be paid to the method of safeguarding rights: the hotel encounters property damage and contacts the public security department in time; due to the food problem caused by the hotel, it is timely reported to the food and drug supervision department. Merchants change the cake by themselves
