The emulsion can improve the bonding performance between the mortar and the base layer, and the general bond strength can be increased by 4-7 kg/cm 2 .

The putty coating is too thick. The thickness of the putty coating is related to the choice of material and mix ratio. Such as scraping white putty, for easy operation. The amount of talcum powder is more, and the lubricity of the putty is improved. Under normal circumstances, the coating will not be too thick; but if the effect of the putty is increased, the amount of white powder is increased due to the large The particles from the powder are coarse, the lubricity of the putty is poor, and it is not easy to operate. At this time, the coating may be too thick. It can be seen that the key to preventing the coating from being too thick is to properly adjust the amount of white powder and talc.

The crack caused by the main structure has nothing to do with the quality of the putty and the construction method.

Other reasons cause the peeling of the putty, and the interval between the putty is too short. The first putty is not dry, that is, the second putty is scraped, which is easy to cause dry shrinkage, which causes the peeling to fall off.
