The "Opinions" put forward seven policy measures. The "Opinions" require that all regions and departments must conscientiously implement the tasks set out in this opinion and study and introduce specific policies before the end of 2015.
In recent years, China's e-commerce has developed rapidly, not only creating new consumer demand, but also triggering a new investment boom, opening up new channels for employment and income, providing new space for mass entrepreneurship and innovation, and e-commerce is accelerating integration with manufacturing.
