Focusing only on sampling without setting up a card from the source is equivalent to hoping for the company's own conscience to discover, because any kind of qualified product can only be produced, not by sampling.

Small enterprises do not have raw material inspection departments, and there is no finished product inspection equipment, or enterprises do not send inspections to save costs. All of these have caused hidden dangers in the quality inspection of finished locks.

The emergence of these small enterprises has brought hidden dangers to the entire lock-making industry. In order to survive these small enterprises can only "price rush" in the low-end market, in order to compete for the market, large enterprises are constantly being dragged into the vortex of price wars, seriously affecting the construction of lock quality.

"Problem lock" containment

Through random inspection, the unqualified nature, degree and loss of non-conforming products are clarified. How can the lock enterprise be properly disposed of? How should lock companies curb "problem locks" in the future?

(1) For large quantities or batches of general materials purchased. If a key component or important component is still used for production if it is slightly unqualified, the measures for its disposal are as follows: “Approved by the relevant authorized personnel and approved by the customer when applicable” in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Standard 8.3b) The request (hereinafter referred to as "approved") shall be concession received and used. If it is moderately unqualified or seriously unqualified, it will be rejected.

(2) For large quantities of processing or batches of general parts, if they are still unqualified and can still be used for production, the measures for their disposal are “approved”, and they are released and used (as used). If it is moderately unqualified, or reworked, it will become a qualified product ; or it will be repaired to reduce the degree of disqualification, and then “approved” to be released and used. If it is seriously unqualified and the repair is uneconomical, the measures for its disposal can only be scrapped.

(3) For a key component or important part of the processing, if it is mildly unqualified, it can still be used for production, and it should be approved by the chief engineer, and then approved by the customer when applicable, and the concession is released and used (as it is used) ). If it is moderately unqualified, the measures for its disposal may be rework to make it a qualified product; if it is not suitable for rework, it will be repaired. After the repair, it should be approved by the chief engineer and, if applicable, approved by the customer to be released and used. If it is seriously unqualified and the repair is uneconomical, it will be scrapped.
(4) For the finished product, if it is slightly unqualified, the measures for its disposal are rework, making it a qualified finished product.
If it is moderately unqualified, the measures for its disposal are not subject to repair or repair, and then “approved” to be downgraded for sale and delivery. If it is seriously unqualified, the measures for its disposal are repairs to reduce the degree of non-conformity, and then “approved”, the sub-downgrade sales and delivery.

Degradation is a disposal measure for non-conforming products that do not meet the high-level requirements to become qualified products that meet the low-level requirements. Downgrade is a correction. Downgrades are mainly applied to non-conforming products in the process materials category.
