Experts suggest that enterprises should learn more, examine and demonstrate more in terms of coal types, resource sites, transportation and process technology maturity according to their own actual conditions. According to the economic endurance of the enterprise, the benefits of single furnace, single machine and single tower device should be fully considered, and the raw materials and gas production methods should be carefully selected scientifically, reasonably and comprehensively. In comparison, the Texaco coal slurry gasification technology in the United States and the Dutch dry powder coal gasification technology have the advantages of advanced technology, wide application of coal types and low energy consumption, but high investment costs. The fixed layer intermittent gasification method in domestic use is the most mature. Fushun Ende powder coal gasification technology, domestic ash fusion fluidized bed powder coal gasification technology, etc. are the most practical and economical; the newly developed multi-slurry gasification technology of Northwest Research Institute of Chemical Industry has the least modification to the original device. The briquette-making technology such as briquette and carbonized briquettes is the most economical and economical.
