Wear resistance is an important indicator of composite flooring. Objectively speaking, the higher the number of wear-resistant revolutions, the longer the age of use, but the level of wear resistance is not the only measure of useful life. Under normal circumstances, the number of wear-resistant revolutions of composite flooring reaches 10,000 to better, and products with less than 10,000 rpm may suffer varying degrees of damage after being used for 1-3 years.
Formaldehyde content is an indicator that is not valued by consumers. Therefore, many consumers are plagued by pungent odors after construction. This phenomenon is caused by excessive formaldehyde levels. According to European standards, the content of formaldehyde per 100 grams of floor shall not exceed 9 milligrams and more than 9 milligrams shall be unqualified. Therefore, this indicator relates to the key indicators of our choice of products, whether it is harmful to the body.
If the water absorption thickness expansion rate is not satisfactory, the wood board will bulge and deform. This indicator can be regarded as qualified within 3%. Otherwise, under the condition that the floor is wet or the humidity is relatively high and the surrounding seal is not strict, there will be swelling and deformation phenomena, which will affect the normal use.
Experts pointed out in particular that: When consumers purchase composite flooring, they should carefully inquire about the difference between different grades of composite flooring, and remember the code of the selected grade. After the delivery, check whether the code on the packaging is consistent.
