The CEC report shows that as of the end of October, the installed capacity of grid-connected wind power in the country has reached 39.13 million kilowatts, a net increase of 14.81 million kilowatts from the same period of last year, an increase of 60.9% year-on-year. From January to October, the grid-connected wind power generation of 6000 kW and above reached 58.25 billion kWh, an increase of 56.87% year-on-year.

What is more noteworthy is that the 12th Five-Year Plan proposes that by the end of 2015, the annual wind power generation capacity will reach 190 billion kWh. If we measure the on-grid tariff of wind power in the current domestic wind power range of 0.5-0.6 yuan/kWh, it means that the annual wind farm development will add 100 billion yuan in revenue.
