As the outer diameter of Category 6 cable is coarser than the average Category 5 cable, in order to avoid the winding of the cable (especially at the elbow), the filling degree of the pipe diameter must be paid attention to when designing the pipeline. Generally, the inner diameter is 20mm. Line pipe to put two six types of line is appropriate.
The two bridges are designed to ensure a suitable cable bending radius. When winding up, down, left, and right around other trunkings, the slope must be gentle, focusing on whether the cables at both ends can be covered with the cover without damaging the cables.
In the process of three pay-offs, attention is mainly paid to the control of pull force. For cables with reel packaging, it is recommended that at least two workers be arranged at each end, and the reels should be set on the self-made drawbars. Workers at the pay-off end must be pre-rolled from the reel box. A part of the cable is pulled out for the collaborator to extract at the other end of the pipe. The pre-drawn line should not be too much, so as to avoid multiple lines tangling around on the field.
After the completion of the four-pull cable process, the redundant cables at both ends must be arranged and protected. When the cable is reeled, the original rotation direction should be followed. The coil diameter should not be too small. If possible, use scrap wire to fix it on the bridge or ceiling. Or inside the carton, mark it well and remind other people not to step on it.
5. When sorting, banding, and placing cables, do not use redundant cables. Do not allow the cables to superimpose on the cables. The coils must be consolidated and the fixed cable tie must not be over tightened.
