Lead-acid batteries are one of the most widely used batteries. In 2005, scientists combined lead-acid batteries and supercapacitors to invent super batteries (lead-carbon batteries). Compared with traditional lead-acid batteries, their performance indicators have been significantly improved. Lead-carbon battery is called a new generation of lead-acid battery, which is the current research hotspot in the field of international lead-acid batteries.
After more than 10 years of hard work, the team has overcome key technologies such as the green preparation process of biomass rice husk-based capacitor carbon, rice husk-based battery carbon additives, and negative electrodes for lead-carbon batteries, and developed high-cost lead-carbon batteries. Compared with ordinary lead-acid batteries, the cycle life of lead-carbon batteries is increased by 6 times, the charging speed is increased by 8 times, and the discharge power is increased by 3 times. At the same time, it has the advantage of low cost.
